Facilities Technology Should Solve Real Operational Problems.
I've spent much of my career working with organisations trying to improve how they manage maintenance, assets and facilities.
Before joining Azolla, I spent more than 13 years with PEMAC, working closely with maintenance and engineering teams and seeing first-hand both the opportunities technology creates and the challenges organisations face when implementing it.
That experience is a big part of what excites me about Azolla. We aren't developing technology for technology's sake. We're building practical tools around the people who actually manage facilities every day.
Facilities management is changing. CAFM, IoT, automation and better use of data give organisations an opportunity to move from simply reacting to problems towards understanding what's happening across their buildings and acting earlier.
Our job at Azolla is to make that transition practical — giving our customers technology they can actually use, information they can trust and a platform that can evolve with their organisation. That's what I want us to keep building.
