Why we are different

Azolla was built by Facilities Managers for Facilities Managers incorporating key functionality used to schedule both planned and reactive work, track contractor entry, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and report on all completed work. 

Azolla is designed to allow you to implement sensor technology from the start. From tracking temperatures in a server room or leak detection in an office, Azolla allows you to track your building in real time. Reactive work can also be routed to third party contractors via email and responded to electronically, all in one place. This creates a full asset history, tracks total cost of ownership and facilitates real time reporting.

Concepts like Smart buildings become practical. With the Return to Work drive, this technology can be used to track occupancy levels allowing you to prioritise On Demand cleaning in areas where they are needed and not just on schedule. Soap, paper and towel sensors can monitor remote toilet and shower areas and schedule replenishment based on need. 

Asset failure can be monitored with leading detectors like power, temperature or vibration sensors. Each sensor can be linked to a different workflow, alerting the correct resource automatically especially during ‘out of office’ hours. If this data sits within a Building Management System (BMS), then it can be integrated in, resolved and reported on in one system.

Scheduling & IOT

Azolla allows you to manage hard and soft planned maintenance activities using the scheduler. Contractor visits can scheduled via email ensuring the contractor is notified in advance.

Sensors can be linked to hard assets, monitoring performance and prompting early intervention if required.

On Demand Cleaning

On Demand cleaning brings a new level of cost efficiency and improvements in  hygiene effectiveness. Using the Azolla IOT module the entire building can be monitored in real time. From tracking area usage, linking in sensor data around area hygiene to automatically alerting cleaning staff. The entire process can be automated. 

Occupancy Management & CO2

Using Sensor technology to monitor room usage coupled with temperature and CO2 monitoring helps ensure everyone is kept comfortable and safe. Sensor data can be trended to ensure key assets are only used when needed and energy costs minimised.

Helpdesk

Allow Staff to raise requests through a PC or Phone, automatically routing high priority requests to the correct FM team member. SLA management and the Azolla escalation engine ensures requests aren’t ignored and services levels adhered to. 

Health & Safety

Permits can be sent directly to the contractor with the acknowledgement and verification process occurring within email. Permits are linked to work orders, method statements can be attached and the administration approval process simplified.

Our Risk Assessment module allows risks to be identified, corrective actions to be issued and closed.

Supplier & Contractor Management

A complete register of Contractors & Suppliers can be stored on Azolla along with their corresponding documentation including insurances. 

Renewal notifications can be sent directly to the contractor for documentation due to expire while Suppliers can then log onto the Supplier portal to upload their documentation for review.
