What is a company site?
A company site is the hierarchical name given to a users organisation in Azolla from which all of the platform can be configured to the users unique requirements.
What is a site location?
Site locations refers to the parent and child hierarchy of the users physical building within Azolla, the parent site location would be the physical building address, from which the child sub site locations would be the rooms inside the building.
What is an asset?
An asset is a piece of equipment that requires any level of maintenance over any period of time.
What is a work order?
A work order is a task or a job in Azolla that can be scheduled or assigned to an individual or group for work to be carried out in a specific site location.
Why do I need to schedule work?
In some cases scheduled work is required by law, such as health and safety regulation around hard assets such as boilers, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, legionella testing etc. In other cases scheduled work is mandatory requirement of the asset that is set out by the manufacturer.
What do Azolla sensors do?
Azolla sensors allow the users to remove streamline unnecessary scheduled maintenance while enhancing the accuracy of predictive maintenance to intercept any issues that arise with the assets being monitored.
